The findings reported here show that social mobility has some impact on geographical distance between generations and little impact on intergenerational family contacts. REVIEW In my opinion, I think it is not fair that the internship opportunities are only available to those with established connections to the company or industry. Because I think the most important thing is the attitudes at work, such as, to be willing to learn and progress or to be able to work diligently without supervision.
